Refund policy
We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To make a return, we invite you to fill out the associated form accessible via the "Make a return" link located at the bottom of the page.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions or Non-returnable Items
 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 
Exchanges
 
You can proceed with an exchange through the form accessible at the bottom of the page "Make a return".
Return fees for an exchange are free.
30-day Reflection Period in the European Union
 
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number.
Refunds
 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, return shipping costs will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your order refund. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
