Which products are covered by the warranty SEGURA?

The 5-year warranty covers jackets, blouson, and PPE pants (Personal Protective Equipment).

Gloves, shoes, and other equipment only benefit from the 2-year legal warranty.

Our experts evaluate each request with fairness and transparency, taking into account the natural wear and tear related to use.

What to do in case of a defect on a garment SEGURA?

In case of a defect, SEGURA offers a free repair or replacement, at its discretion.

What are the conditions to benefit from the warranty?

You must present valid proof of purchase from an authorized dealer SEGURA.

The warranty starts from the day of purchase and cannot be transferred, it only concerns the original owner of the garment.

The warranty will always start from the initial purchase date, with no extension in case of exchange or repair.

Garments approved for examination and/or repair must be cleaned and returned after removing linings and protections.

Please ensure the product is clean before returning it to us. 

If the garment needs to be cleaned before it can be repaired, we will charge you maintenance fees.

Is the warranty SEGURA void if I have my equipment repaired elsewhere?

Yes, any intervention caused by a non-approved third party voids the warranty.

Do I have to pay fees when making a claim?

Maintenance fees may apply if cleaning of the garment is necessary before intervention.

What are the limitations and exclusions of the warranty SEGURA?

The 5-year warranty covers manufacturing or material defects found during normal use of the equipment. However, certain cases are excluded from the warranty:

Normal wear and tear

  • Natural wear of materials (abrasion, discoloration, fiber loosening)
  • Aging of colors or materials due to prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, or friction

Damage related to inappropriate use

  • Accident, fall, or impact
  • Improper use or non-compliant maintenance (machine washing, abrasive products…)
  • Mechanical damage/Abrasion caused by other products (e.g., helmet strap, backpack, reflective vest, boots, motorcycle…)

Modifications or repairs

  • Any intervention caused by a non-approved third party voids the warranty

Removable or consumable parts

  • Removable protections worn in case of a fall

Products purchased second-hand or refurbished

  • Only products purchased new from an authorized dealer are covered by the warranty
